These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CRM Basket mobile application and related services (the “App”), operated by CRM Basket (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

CRM Basket provides customer relationship management, communication, automation, and marketing tools intended for business use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

You may not:

Use the App for spam, unsolicited messaging, or illegal activities

Violate any third-party rights or privacy laws

Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App

Use the App to transmit malicious code or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

3. Communications & Messaging Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all messaging, email, and calling laws, including but not limited to TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR where applicable. CRM Basket does not provide legal compliance advice and is not responsible for misuse of communication features.

4. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CRM Basket, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of data as described therein. You retain ownership of your data; however, you grant us permission to process it solely to provide the App’s services.

5. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party platforms or services. CRM Basket is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their respective terms.

6. Subscription & Payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and trademarks related to CRM Basket are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, accuracy, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRM Basket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRM Basket from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the company operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
